Originally licensed in Virginia, in 1994, Simon Warner is currently a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware.After being an agent top producer at every real estate brokerage with which he had ever been associated from 1994 to 2004, including eRealty, where Simon was one of 3 national top producers in the company each year; he decided to bring his proven, top quality service and discounted commission rates to a new, personally created, brokerage brand in 2005. Although the name has changed, and the business model will continue to adapt with the changing market, the fundamental commitment to "being a truly consumer focused, top quality service company", will always remain the core philosophy of Market Advantage Real Estate, LLC. In addition to his involvement in the real estate brokerage fulfillment side of the transaction, Simon has played significant roles in many other companies that have been responsible for the rapid development and deployment of technology around the real estate transaction. Starting with his, previously mentioned, early involvement in bringing eRealty to the DC Metro Tri-State area, Simon has also contributed to Zillow.com, and been involved in business development with such companies as VAST.com.
